We're looking for excited, passionate people
Our team is composed of dedicated, driven and passionate university students. They are excited to give back to their community through Spira. 2019 Coordinator applications are open! They are due April 22nd at 11:59 PM and are being accepted on a rolling basis.
Spira coordinators plan and teach lessons, facilitate hands-on projects, bring in guest speakers, organize field trips, train mentors, and foster a supportive, fun, and engaged community throughout the four week camp. Prior to the beginning of camp, coordinators work throughout a 3 week planning period to plan out the logistics of camp and complete all necessary administrative duties in addition. They also prepare the daily activities, lessons, and projects for the camp. During the academic year, coordinators recruit campers and mentors. This is a paid position.
